Steve brings a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen to his practice. A graduate of the University of Michigan and The George Washington University Law School, he transitioned from litigation to serving as General Counsel and VP of Sales in a successful family business. His passion for elder law led him to establish a solo practice, where he integrates legal guidance with essential aging-related services. A dedicated philanthropist, he actively supports workforce development and charitable gift planning, providing clients with insightful counsel on structuring impactful contributions.
“I had an opportunity to go into a family business as General Counsel and decided to pursue it. I also became VP of Sales and head of our research efforts. We sold the business after about 20 very successful years. I became a lawyer who also understood business.”
